Today we announce a brand new addition to The Enthusiast: our subscriber chat.
Exclusively for subscribers, this place is something like a group chat, or a live hangout, or a disreputable nineteenth-century cafe. The plan is that we’ll chat for a bit each Friday about the general topic of Thursday’s article. You’ll hear our staff kicking around ideas, recommendations, and general tomfoolery, and you’ll also have the chance to weigh in, ask questions, and bask in a moment of revelry.
The only rule? Praise, of course. We are all enthusiasts here.
How to get started
Get the Substack app by clicking this link or the button below. New chat threads won’t be sent via email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss a conversation as it happens. You can also access chat on the web.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
